Saint Louis University Activity Fair/first General body meeting
August 29th is the date the Saint Louis University's activity fair for students to get connected with clubs and organizations that interest them. The SLU Esports club has a table on this fair where every student gets a bowl of Ice Cream and each club has a topping, over 100 clubs have tables to try and recruit members. Because this timing is earlier than the recommended date of August 30th, I spoke with the Community Lead Robert about using this welcome package for our First General Body meeting, tentatively scheduled for September 8th.
